Beside the salary, we want to recognize the achievements of our colleagues with a bonus, up to 15% of their RAL. We evaluate educational activities, the revenue, the profit, the percentage of hours worked on clients projects.
This bonus can be found in your salary or can be converted into:
Loyalty Bonus
Every year, in march and september, we appreciate the loyalty of our people by increasing their RAL with 200€.
A small sign to reward their commitment and tell them how much we care about our talents!
Hiring Bonus
If you suggest new colleagues and they pass through their probation period, you’ll be rewarded with 1000€ gross!
We select our colleagues for their skills, not based on where they live. You can work from home or wherever you’d like, and if your presence is requested by one of our offices, the trip is on us.
Over the year we consolidate agile methodologies and tools that allow us to team work efficiently even if we are not together (yes, we started before Covid!)
